i can see a possiblility to have a variation of fuel...if an Allied planes are jumped at the end of a long patrol period and the German will have the advantage...but mostly it was the Allied plane which has the advantage for endurance and the German will have to leave first...such a thing would be a scenario adjustment...not a rules adjustment
As usual, you got most of this wrong, notably the combat descriptions, but I will only address one significant point. At no time have I said or implied that SteveMartin is stupid. If I though he was, I wouldn't bother responding to his posts. What I have said (and said to him in other parts of this forum, and had him acknowledge) is that all to often he engages in hyperbole and make emotional statements which are generalized to the point of error.
