I agree with killer1, here. However, it would be extremely interesting if it were possible to add an option to give some fuel advantage to either side, from 0 to 20 points or, more simply, to set independently the fuel level for each side.
This could be a way to render 'out of the sun' or jumped upon scenarios.
Also, why call them gallons? They might also be cubic fathoms or millilitres  .
