Yes, we DO agree! Extremely annoying, play a turn, resign. Play 5 turns, resign. Sink one ship, resign. What's the purpose of starting the game then!?

for my part i will fight for as long as i have a reasonable chance to inflict damage or possibly sink an enemy ship...but if the odds are hopeless...i will concede the game and congratulate the winner

too many players here are too concerned about the points and the statistic to actually have fun to play the game

the points and the statistics mean NOTHING so maybe everyone should think about that

brings to mind a cartoon i saw once...
an arrogant Nazi pilot is shot down by an Allied pilot and when he is captured demands to see the pilot who shot him down...so the Allies oblige him and introduce him to a young pilot who is clearly a novice...the Nazi is beside himself with anger and goes on about his impressive list of victories and then demands to know how many victories the Allied pilot has...the Allied pilot replies with a big grin...just the ONE
