Yep you're right, of course 144 is not 143 and a WIN is not a DRAW and vice verse... but you must agree that 144:143 win is NOT the same as 144:0. Isnt it?

We all know what actually conditions of winning/losing are in this game, but let us discuss more adequate scoring system that will evaluate the "quality" of particular victory, measured with the amount of loses that suffers the winning side. Just as it is in BM Leagues.
(Yes i know that BM is not WSIM )


I fail to see the need of discussing a scoring system above what we already have in the game. 144:143 is a win according to the rules.

Why do we need more?

Where does it stop? Wouldn't we need seperate statistics for each scenario and each side? Should the players who love the elite crew in the 3:4 scenario get the tag "bounty hunter"?

This is a free site, we don't play for money, it's for fun only.

Shouldn't we push the developers gently into programming full sails or repairs of ships instead of arguing what's a fair win?
