Mark and I are going to be doing something about these late signups, and some of you may be very unhappy. There would be no justice in doing so this game, as the affected team would be OUR opponents. But, beginning with the next game posting, any team either not completely signing up by a certain number of days, or locating a substitute (permanent or temporary), will FORFEIT that set of games. The only exemption will be if prior notice is received by the offending team Captain, and would entail family emergencies or planned vacations. The operative word here is "prior". Once the game is posted, the countdown begins. We have been playing for several months now, and everybody knows the drill. This has been happening far too frequently in the past, and will stop IMMEDIATELY, commencing the next set of games. You will be notified officiall via email, and Captains will be responsible for the timely sign-up of their members, or locate a substitute.
My official vacation will be July 4th through July 20th. I will get some moves in, but no e-mail.
