From a certain point of view 1,2 and 3 are not bugs as they are stated as "differences from the boardgame version" in the How to Play section.
Anyway, I agree that it would be nice to "fix" them and replicate the original rules 
7 - Wind change is from the Advanced Rules - when we will start to create an Advanced mode, it will be probably a good rule to start with.
6 - would be a new feature and indeed it could be a useful one, although it will make the log even more crowded
4 and 5 are bugs, I have already prepared the code for them, so the next time we bring the new version online, they should be fixed
