I just won a battle where I felt like the real winner was the larger allied fuel tank rather than the allied pilots. We had this problem with the board game too. While the extra operational radius of the allied models is probably historically correct, it doesn't take into account how the air war was being run. From what I've read, the german pilots were instructed to wait on their side of the lines for the allied planes to come to them. This would have probably negated this advantage of extra fuel.

I was wondering if players would be interested in having the option (and I stress option) to equalise fuel when creating an engagement.
