HMS Resolution is in a similar position and has fired at me

wondering if perhaps its a bug...or just something i missed

Hi Tornade--

Your ship fired both sides the turn before. You must not have specified which side to reload so it picked the other side randomly. Resolution only fired one side, so it reloaded that side automatically.
