As an aside, how is Best PILOT worked out for a team with only one plane?

What are the criteria because obviously they cannot get 15% more than an ally, or is it whether they have scored 15% more than an opponent or all opponents?

It would mean that you can write the rule to account for all possibilities if this is included.
