As the owner of the rights to Blue Max I have consulted an attorney and been advised that, if I wish to keep those rights, I need to defend them. Youplay.it has permission to use BM on this site. Hexcell doesn't. I contacted the owner of the site and requested he not use BM and he basically gave me the finger. y next step will be to find a lawyer in Australia and get a restraining order against him.

For those who know, and those who don't, I have an incurable cancer, multiple myeloma, and have perhaps two years before the dirt nap. I intend to leave BM to my wife and hope she can sell it or possibly reprint it what with the centennial of WWI coming up.
