What is happening? Did Johnny missed something or we have found a bug.

Maybe it's the beer on a Saturday night, but from what I see Captain and Lev are the same distance from Aug, making them both potential targets. If you go back to turn 9, Aug shot at Captain, so she would again unless circumstances change, which they didn't.

As for the damage, I'm seeing it applied to Captain. I've notice that with the history buttons at the top of the screen, you actually have to use the "back" button twice to see the turn before. Maybe you hit it just once? If so, it seems to show the current status. Hit it once more for the turn before.
