That's makes thing clear. So you means (startboard/ port) is respected to the ship. Me too in the right /left indication. When you mean reload the right side, you are always standing on the bridge looking towards the head of the ship :-P
Am I correct? Who is the expert on Naviagating a Ship? HELP
