Hello everyone,
I'm happy to announce that a new release is ready and will be uploaded this month.
The new release contains various bugfixes and a new major advanced rule addition: CRITICAL HITS!

Now when a ship rolls a 6 on the HDT table, there will be also an additional check on the Critical Hits table.
This check might result in additional damage.
When aiming at hull:
Double crew and gun losses - crew and gun losses from that shot will be doubled.
Anchor cable severed - we do not use anchors yet, so this has no effect at the moment.
Crew demoralized - crew loses one quality level (e.g. from elite to crack)
Steering damaged, -1 turning ability - the number of turns the ship can do is permanently lowered by one
Extra hull damage - ship suffers additional H damage (5H or 7H).
Magazine hit! - ship explodes!
Fire breaks out! - ship is on fire for x turns and suffers -x penalty to HdT (x can be from 1 to 5)
When aiming at riggings:
Rigging section loss - after all rigging damage is applied, the highest rigging section is wiped out.
Falling rigging obscures left/right gunnery section - ship will suffer a -1 HdT penalty to either the right or left side for 3 turns.
Water line damage - one crew section permanently assigned to keep ship afloat - For simplicity, this is simply translated into "the ship suffers additional crew damage equal to its lowest section".
Extra rigging damage - ships suffers additional 10R damage
Enjoy!

Blue D,
I noticed a potential MAJOR problem with these listed critical hits, unless I am miss-reading your listing.
When looking at the actual Critical Hit Table, there are a few effects that refer NOT to the damage tables, but to other parts of the critical hits list.
For example: Critical hit # 10 for Hull is "Same as 5 H" this means to refer to Critical hit #5 for Hull, which is "Anchor cable severed" NOT to roll on the hull table 5 for additional damage!
Same with # 13 for rigging - this "Same as 10 R" means "rake causes one rigging section to be lost" NOT to roll for additional Rigging hits on table 10.
Same also for the results of 16 both H and R.
I hope I am miss-reading what you spelled out above...
