In Texas, we call Florida summers mild. Not bad, but mild.
That's probably true of the entire central part of the country; we're surrounded by water and get great trade winds from the SE. Plus, afternoon thundershowers about the same time every afternoon cools it off, but increases the humidity. The critters can carry you away though!
