Message text take it you did turn round then?
Since the question was about my ship, Indeed I turned and was promptly defeated. My argument still stands, however, this is entirely unrealistic. Why should I be foreced into the loss of my ship, if, my enemy cannot catch me. I conceed his victory, just not the loss of my ship. No different then BlueMax, where you can run off the edge of the board, the other player wins the game, (Well most of the time) but don't lose his plane. So, as the game stands now, I could have continued running ad infinim, or, turned and suicided, which is exactly what happened. I propose a Conceed button. One that both players MUST agree too. The first player to hit it, loses the game, but not his ship. The second, if he feels he cannot catch the conceeded player, can in return, accept the conceed button, thus winning the game, but not gaining a "Kill" He can also refuse to accept a conceed if he feels he has a chance to catch the enemy... Then the game proceeds as normal.... |
