As for finding the game. Go to any game, substitute the game number in the address and go.
I know, just lazy. And thought I knew what the problem was.
I got unlazy and looked it up out of curiosity. As far as I can tell, Gibraltar surrendered properly because Orion was the only ship in the area but she's a 2 SOL while Gib is a 1 SOL.
As for Orion surrendering, I'm guessing since it happened a couple turns ago, but is it possible Hannibal moved closer since then? Han is only now 10 hexes from Orion and from her previous position it looks like she was with the wind and possibly moved within 10 a turn too late?
