In any case, it's just nice to have the discussion of a fine game that we enjoy very much here.
Not to push this off topic too much, but when we played the board game, we used to setup hidden objectives for a spotter plane. It was required to pass over a number of certain hexes and take pictures. It'd be neat to give one side a very specific path for one plane to take, at a slow speed, while others defend or shoot down. The enemy wouldn't see the path or which plane is the spotter.
Another thought was, allow one player to control multiple planes just like we do in WS&IM. Probably not realistic, but it could be fun. |
