After reviewing the league page and the online rules, I believe the following are true.
Planes which honorably exit can lower the level of enemy victory, as the plane is not considered lost, and is still counted as on the board.
I didn't see anything about gaining 1 pt for honorable exit.
Your points would depend on the level of victory your side achieved, any you gained for downing enemy planes and a possible 1 pt for best side pilot, if you outscore your team mates by 15%.
