The relevant part is this in the tactical victory section:
If, at the end of the game, there is more than one side remaining on the board, the victory could be tactical. This happens when the number of enemies destroyed is percentually more relevant than the unit lost.
Your game illustrates that -- your side lost 3 out of 4 ships, but the British lost just 1 out of 3. And there's a captured ship. I'm not even sure how they play into league scoring as far as percentage of ships lost goes. |
