I saw this another implementation of online Blue Max listed at BoardGameGeek. Apparently it is from Australia by a company (or a 1-man show) called Hexcell Games: http://www.hexcellgames.com/

I thought Phil Hall gave this site the rights to his game. What happened? I don't think there are as much activities on that site compare to here. Other then a few somewhat familiar names listed ( http://www.hexcellgames.com/index.php?tab=game ), the rest are not known.
