For me, it is a different reason. This happened a week or two ago. My time is valuable, and, like you, I want to enjoy. I enjoy playing the game. So, it was the largest scenario, which takes a fair amount of time to play, heck, even to make a move.
So, after turn 4, he surrendered, hardly a shot fired, no real damage done of course, etc.
Well, I had probably spent 30 minutes or more on that game, for nothing. No enjoyment since he surrendered. No fun. Just a total and complete waste of time.
So, my answer is it's no fun, it wastes time I could have been spending playing someone who wanted to pay.
And he joined my game, that I had set up.
I ask you back, why join when you are just going to waste sometimes time? Just play the game. |
