Hello Admirals,

thanks to the invaluable work of derekticus, we have two new scenarios:
"Encounter off of Brest" and "Disaster In The Strait of Dover".

These scenarios comes from the "Wooden Ships & Iron Men" tournament held at the 2009 World Boardgaming Championship held in Lancaster, PA this past August.

Both are available in Commander and Admiral mode.
