he is newby with pcs but I just try to do an acount and I have not received the confirmatory email yet... and I am not newby...

This website used to send e-mails when it was your turn in games and for various other occasions, such as a reply to a thread on the Forum. All of those e-mails no longer seem to function. Maybe this bug has spread even farther?
