KL Win or loose is determined by points in WSIM. So both of you have no point, hence no winner.
That is a BUG, plain and simple. Original rules would be a clear victory for you and they best fix this. It is simply not fair as is.
Worse than that, my ONLY loss prior to today was the same scenario, I was ahead (though score was 0 to 0) and the game gave my surrendered enemy a WIN! HE surrendered, and HE WON!!! That stinks, and is dead wrong. The game SHOULD work such that surrendering = total victory for opponent, he should score points for ALL ships as that makes sense. This has been discussed many times.
However, I just lost a game. As it turns out, I lost due to a bug with boarding (probably, though not certain, could have lost anyway), and we all know there is a bunch of them. I guess I shouldn't join those tournaments until those bugs are fixed if I don't want to feel cheated! |
