Sorry to repeat always the same things, but... are you sure you did the FULL procedure?!?!
I don't remember if anything has changed, but it may be quite tricky.
In order to exit from the game, you have to:
select a move and submit it
now (if the move is causing you to leave the board from a side which is not your own) you are prompted if you are sure you want to leave the game
at this point you have BOTH to check the box to leave now AND select again the move, then submit it
If you only check the box and submit, the game only prompts you again for a valid move...
If you already tried it this way, then it is a bug. However, this is one of the easiest things to miss at first glance...
