I don't think they will say anything. Belluzz together with Pumba71, Duccio71 and Sgancio is part of a bunch from San Marino (the pocket state inside Italy) and they are keeping playing. They aren't the usual new players that get over-run by the number of games they open.
Why you don't think positive and start thinking that can appear new players that plays a lot of games?

Well, Belluzz hasn't logged in for more than 3 days, yet has 40+ moves in the last 24 hours. That is ALOT of automoving to be tolerant of.

Perhaps establishing a system where, once a certain number of automoves are taken, a player can not start or join another game until all of their active games are complete (or at least they have been eliminated from them).

Or, perhaps the restriction is just on joining games and they have a 'probationary warning' on their profile so that others can see it before joining games they start. That way, veterans who take a long vacation won't be crippled by it.

Just a thought, because the player in question was logging in to infrequently to keep the pace in a league he joined when a newbie - joining as many games as he has is obviously a problem.
