Is not a bug. Actually, IIRC, the algorithm doesn't compute drawn chits, so, in theory, you can draw 16 reds and have 16 (say) "3 tail".
That would be how I would describe a bug - a result that could not happen in the actual game but owing to a programming error happens here.
I know an algorithmic innaccuracy is not an error but the programming after that, which should check for unacceptable duplication of chits, is an error.
And before everyone jumps up and down on my head, I'm not being nasty to the great guys who run this site - it is just an observation made by someone who may have suffered interesting results owing to this innaccuracy.
