The game does have a problem sometimes. I had 1 game about a month ago that I took 3 red and they were the SAME special damage. Out of over 1k games, that is the only time that has happened, but once is enough to show that there is a bug somewhere in the programming. 
Is not a bug. Actually, IIRC, the algorithm doesn't compute drawn chits, so, in theory, you can draw 16 reds and have 16 (say) "3 tail". |
