So, in game 429812 turn 36, there is an enemy ship who has had all it's crew transferred off. So, the game does allow me to still fire on it to sink it, and, I closed and grappled and fouled. The game then allowed me to OBP with a crew section, the enemy ship has no crew, so, I presume I should be allowed to take it over, but, nothing happened, no results reported, it ignored the invasion.

This is of course allowed by the board game rules.

Next, I unfouled (but stayed grappled), and, the game now gives me no option to transfer crew or OBP the enemy ship.

Both are bugs. I should be allowed as per the original rules to take over the ship, and, score extra points.
