Hi!

In game 883804, turn 4, my orders have been unexpectedly finished after (I think) I clicked the "x" icon to cancel those previously given to a ship.

And I strongly suspect it happened the same in game 883802, turn 5. Then I thought I maybe clicked the wrong button, but surely I didn't.

I'll be aware about it in future turns and try to replicate the issue.
