This was an issue in the past, but haven't seen it for a long time.
During deployment, a player could deliberately/accidentally set up a plane off-center of a hex. This resulted in issues in targeting and shooting.
It appears this has happened again, looking at the game in progress.
Admin needs to add this to the bug fix list.
