Just to add on to imdog comments: You should not be allowed to join any more Game or League once you have 200 Active games. If you have less games than the limit, you can only join a certain number of leagues so that you will not be exceeding the limit by too much should those leagues start. Again "200" is just a trivial number I borrowed from imdog.
I think 150 active games in Blue Max is a better limit but I can live with 200. However the games where you have been marked as "OUT" should not count as active games for this purpose. I guess you'll have to play with the SQL to get it achieve that.
