I'm not sure I understand....whats the big deal? Not a great move but I've seen plenty far far worse.

Check his speed. He did a 5S4 which means he can't do an Immelman to turn around. Fortunately, he was able to a 36L3 so he wasn't forced to fly off the board - good save.
