but as was pointed out earlier...some work needs to be done first regarding the reloading for the Lewis guns...it should be done even for the single gun mount...the Bristol is enjoying now an advantage that it did not have
as far as fairness...well war is not really about fairness
a nightmare for the Germans...well too bad so sad...they did lose after all and for good reason...there are enough apologists for the German cause in both World War One and World War Two and i dont see any neccessity to cater to them in a war game...Germany was crushed by superior numbers...superior industrial capacity and superior technology...they stood NO chance in either war...to make allowances otherwise is just wishful thinking on the part of some very misguided people
No offense, but I wouldn't go quite as far as saying they had no chance... If the Bristol should have 2 guns then ammo supply and tail blind spot should be considered. Two seat aircraft have a huge advantage due to the limits of the game that they did not enjoy in reality. How about bring on the fokker D. VIII. |
