There is a bit of confusion over the rights to Blue Max right now, unfortunately. We see that Phil Hall gave youplay.it permission, but we aren't sure how the owners of the boardgame edition see things, so we are just sitting tight on site developments.

as long as I know, Phil Hall gave Nick the permission to do what he liked with Blue Max. I don't remember if he made it here on the forum of he made it in a private e-mail with me.
Said this, the one that made the new version of Blue Max, published it since they till have the right to do it from GDW. Personally I think that they pursued a wrong selling strategy, but its their selling strategy and I've no power to modify it.
Anyway I will seek some more information on the matter by asking here in Italy and checking my old e-mails with Phil. I will inform you with private messages on BGG.
