Windows 8!!! I suspect you are using IE 10. On the home page of the site, Dusty mentioned about the IE10 issue:

We wanted to share that we have heard reports that switching to compatability mode will fix most of the problems IE 10 was causing. If you are having problems try it out. You can turn it on at the top of the page, it is the icon that looks like a little torn piece of paper, and can be found between the search and refresh icons.
