I just checked the rules, they are...

1)You can be in 2 active leagues during your first 30 days.

2)after 30 days you can be in up to 40 leagues.



Can someone explain this to me now we know the rules?

A user by the name of Sarmata has created 1 BM league and signed up for 9 other pending leagues. Sarmata profile claimed he/she joined less than 8 days ago. http://www.youplay.it/play/User.Asp?UserID=Sarmata That is a lot of games for someone that new, unless this is an alias of another veteran player.
