In the rules the notations [move id] means that due to the flight envelop you cant repeat that move in the following turn. The, to identify the speed of your move you must check the number after the letter.
You performed a [1R1] ontotonenew has performed an 11R1.
If you had performed a a [1S1] you would have been able to shoot at chef62 that performed a 27S2, but you turned and left the same course of chef62.
