I am confused. I just had a game end (658526) in which the enemy plane still had their guns, their engine, and 6 fuel boxes left when they retired and their points were not halved. I thought you had to be 3 fuel boxes or less or your points would be halved. I am misunderstanding the rules or is this a possible bug?
