There is no issue if someone want to quit or automove in Blue Max leagues. The problem lies with WSIM leagues. If you surrender in a WSIM league game, the opposing team get sum of the ship points of the surrendering player. Hence the team who gets the weasel will have no chance to win if the weasel surrenders early.
