I'd like to see a 4x4 team tourney set up. We've a number of teams around and perhaps that would promote more team play and some new teams forming to participate in such an event.

Depending on how many teams signed up, you could do a 32 player, 8 team event, or a couple of 16 player, 4 team round robin competitions. The top teams could then do a play off series leading to a championship series.
