Game 755 move 9

My Neptune with still 10 riggings (1 row an 1/2) cannot sail with quarter frontal wind!!!!

Ok, up to my last move the game counted rigging damage versus total speed

(I move up to 3, loose one row, now I move up to 2... My speed was 3/2/1 now it's 2/2/1)

Now the game count rigging damage versus allowed speed

(I move up to 3, loose one row, now I move up to 2...but My speed is now 2/1/0 !!!)

ARRRRRGGH !!
