And dkalenda noticed Befford is shooting at Neptune even though Romulus is between them. Do you want a separate posting for that?

No bug, Romulus was completely on the bow section field of fire.
Stern field of fire was free to fire at Neptune.

And in this one, I can turn Britannia if that's all I do, but if I go straight first then turn it says "Ship cannot turn that fast". Did you implement critical hits and the rudder is damaged?

Britannia is a SOL1, so it has turning ability 1.
When it gets the penalty for not moving, it has turning ability 0.
That means it can only go straight OR turn in place.
