Wind changed into becalmed on Turn 63, then failed wind rolls to change on turn 66 and 69 (wind is checked only once every three turns). In that scenario, there is 2/9 chance every three turns that the wind will change strength, so I guess your situation of wind not changing is rather common. Of course, when the wind is becalmed the game might be boring and it will look like an eternity before the wind changes again  |
