Turn 14: Karl transfer all the crew off Romulus. Therefore Romulus is abandoned.
Turn 14: Royal Oak is still shooting at Romulus.

Turn 15 and 16: How come Royal Oak is not shooting at Romulus? There was no other target since Longon is striken.

Turn 17: Royal Oak is shooting at Romulus again. Why?

A fix has been identified and will be probably available on Monday along with other fix/changes

Proposed fix: Log: ship didn't fire due to wet powder.
