In game 22112, I was not given the win. I out-scored my opponent 48 to 38.

I reported this previously. So, it isn't just picking on me.
Since it is not happening as a general rule - ie, not everyone is getting incorrect wins and loses - I am suddenly wondering if the pirate scenarios no longer use point to determine who "wins" the scenario? This could be the issue, as I was the French, and I was destroyed after collecting more than the 38 points the pirate collected from the Bretagne.
I should just stay out of all pirate games as a general rule.
