Gentlemen:

It is with great honor that I wish to announce the capitulation of our enemies, the Powder Monkeys, for the second straight time, and the second consecutive Round for these Trident Cup Competitions. We have swept the oceans of these n'er-do-wells. The Rum Runners continue to rule the seas of American waters.
