I don't know if this has been posted before, but I have a question.

Are players allowed to talk to each other and coordinate their moves?

Should they only SHOUT their suggestions (posting on the game's forum) or can they WHISPER (mails allowed)?

And on the forum, should they only speak English (so that everyone understands) or are Putonghua and Russkij allowed to keep secrecy?
