We developed the basic rules (maybe the tables page is not correct)... something is wrong ?
Nick.
We still have the ships using twice as many guns as they should. Only one ship in the game, the Santisima Trinidad, should be firing on the 13+ table.
Neptune is a 100 gun ship, but we are using them as 200 gun ships.
The 10 ship scenerio has 8x100+ gun ships in it at the moment, so ships like the London (110guns) are not as srong in this scenerio as they should be.
America = 74 gun 3rd Rate = 150 gun Befford = as above Adamant = 50 gun razze? = 100 gun London = 110 guns = 220 guns Royal Oak = 90 gun 2nd rate = 180 guns
as you can see, if the number of guns per broadside is not changes, every ship over 74 guns (which is almost 80% of those that saw action in the Napoleonic wars) is firing on the highest table.
In the basic version, broadside = number of guns divided by 10
advanced rules broadsides = number og guns divided by 5
