Under "Passworded Games" click on "create a new game"
Choose "2 player", "Admiral", "<scenario>"
Enter your opponent's ID in the box "Player names for a 'challenge game'"
Ignore the password; it is not needed for challenge games.
Much easier to keep track of than emailing passwords back and forth.
